His practice covers a broad range of government contracting matters with special emphasis in contract financing matters and litigation involving claims against the government. Mr. Bachman regularly represents contractors and financing institutions in connection with financing of government contract receivables. Often this involves a lease receivable associated with the lease of equipment, including aircraft, information technology equipment, office machines, or furniture.
